In a recent personal injury jury trial, successfully represented plaintiff injured by another driver in an automobile accident. The jury returned a verdict for plaintiff for money damages, including medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and loss of normal life
Successfully defended a local business sued in federal court for allegedly terminating a former employee based upon age and sex discrimination. The case was dismissed without a trial based upon a motion for summary judgment filed by Mr. Jones, which successfully argued that the undisputed material facts and plaintiff's own statements at deposition proved that the defendant had not terminated plaintiff based upon any discrimination
Successfully represented the owner of a stolen vehicle in a coverage dispute with State Farm. See Crackel v. State Farm Insurance Co., 384 Ill. Dec. 313, 16 N.E.3d 409 (5th Dist. 2014)
